I had the best experience at 20/20! I had purchased frames I bought online and needed to get them adjusted. After calling several places and being told they wouldn’t do an adjustment (since they weren’t purchased there), 20/20 said it was not a problem. The staff was so friendly, punctual, and efficient! I will definitely be back. And a big shout-out to Kai for her help!
